I took my 2016 Ford Focus to Silvercreek with a slow coolant leak. They repaired the issue and got it back to me timely. A few days later while driving the car, the engine overheated and I had to get help to get it home. It was completely out of coolant. I let them know about it and they asked me to have it towed back to them. They discovered the hoses installed were defective and repaired it again at no charge, and covered the cost of the tow. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and really good at explaining the issue with the vehicle as well a helping you understand the full repair. Previously they also rebuilt the timing system in my 2106 F150 and it's been running great ever since - that was over a year ago. I remember Frank clearly explaining the job so I understood the scope, and how to handle the vehicle after the repair so it would last. I take all my vehicles to them and will continue to do so. I completely recommnend this shop to anybody searching for a fair and knowledgeable mechanic.
