First time customer, and went there for an oil change. Communication (phone and text) was great. Appreciated the level of detail they provided in reviewing the entire car - they pointed out battery and air filter work that was needed. Pricing was fair. Pleased with the relatively quick turnaround for the service. Will use Silvercreek going forward for maintenance and repair work.
