Frank and his staff are something rare in the auto service world. HONEST. I've been dealing with Silvercreek for about 20+ years. I've lived in South Carolina and currently Cincinnati and still bring my vehicles to Silvercreek for service. If they advise you that it needs a service now, it really needs it now. Nice thing is if it's not needed right now they will advise you of the latest it can be safely completed. I've told a few of my friend about silvercreek and they have had the same pleasant results as I. Thank you Frank and crew.

Silvercreek repair was absolutely phenomenal. I bought a 2003 Camry in really good condition. I wanted to ensure it was gone over with a fine tooth comb to ensure I keep it in tip top shape. They had Brandon perform the maintenance on my vehicle. They were so informative and helpful along the way. I was given constant updates, to include reports and pictures. The pricing was very fair and well worth the work performed. They found a few issues and corrected them. Issues I never would have noticed until it was too late. If you're looking for a shop that is well equipped with very friendly staff, look no further. Robin who handles the calls etc is so nice and informative. I was surprised to find a little gift when I got into my vehicle. A thank you from them just as another step for customer service that was so appreciated.
