Didn't replace a rear brake adjuster when they said they did. Causes rear brake cylinder to fail and brakes to quit working while on the highway. Almost caused a severe accident. Don't go here.

Always professional and honest

Car had an issue with intermittent starting and brakes needed work on. Starter needed replacement and then the brakes needed complete replacement. Quotes were given before any work was done. Was referred to Silvercreek Repair by a neighbor and I am forever grateful as they are very professional and knowledgeable about cars. Very courteous, polite and helpful in all respects.

I took in my 2003 Ford Ranger that had a clutch pedal that would not fully release clutch at times. Silver creek Repair test drove truck for a few miles that showed no problem with clutch. I then drove it and confirmed that all was working fine. Silver creek did not charge me at all and I drove it home knowing I don’t need a $1300 clutch. Once home I checked on clutch cable that had some corrosion and lubricated with wd40 at corrosion part of cable. Don’t know if this will help preventing any future cable problem cable sticking but I have to thank Silvercreek for their honesty by not putting in a clutch that was not needed. Silvercreek Repair needs to me complimented for their honesty and integrity! Ray Failor
